Tomato "Leopold" F1 (1+1=3)
Tomato "Leopold" F1 TmC3F1 (Superdeterminate hybrid) is an early short hybrid for heated or non-heated plastic covers, tunnels and open field. Planting density is 3.0-3.5 plants/m2.
The height of plant is 70-80 cm. The first blossom cluster sets over the 6th or 7th leaf, the further racemes are separated by 1-2 leaves. The fruits start to mature on the 90-95th day after emergence of shoots. Hybrid is known for its simultaneous yield. One raceme has 6-8 uniformly bright red coloured fruits of 90-100 g. In open and protected field plants are formed with 1 or 2 stems. The yield is 10-12 kg/m2.
Resistance: has complex resistance to diseases: to the pathogens of the tobacco mosaic virus, cladosporiosis and fusarium. Cold resistant.
Usage: universal use.
Please note that... the hybrid "Leopold" F1 ripens very early and yields its harvest quickly, making it possible to harvest before the massive spread of late blight. Early ripeness combined with cold resistance allows for very early harvests in open ground. The hybrid is especially recommended for beginning gardeners, as it does not require complex care and pinching. The small fruits of the hybrid are suitable for whole-fruit canning.
